Covid-19 budget reorientation

Dear Sir or Madam,
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, International Partnership has decided to change parts of his budget in the course of 2020 to respond to a changing global environment. Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1) The total planned spend on all decisions and contracts for International Partnerships in 2020. (This could include funding not identified against specific decisions or contracts.)
2) The total forecast amount for each a) decision and b) contract in 2020 according to the BPC (Budget Planning and Consolidation) system.
3) The total spend for 2020 for each a) decision and b) contract.
4) The total amount spent as planned in 2020, for each a) decision and b) contract, which had forecasts against them.
5) The total amount not spent in 2020, for each a) decision and b) contract, which had forecasts against them.
i) for each of these decisions and contracts, the amount that was unspent due to COVID-19
ii) for each of these decisions and contracts, the amount that was re-orientated and spent on other projects instead
iii) for each of these decisions and contracts, the amount that could neither be spent nor re-oriented to alternative decisions and contracts.
I would like to ask you for answers to my request within one month. If not possible, please inform me in advance.
