Decision of the European Ombudsman closing the inquiry into complaint 1183/2012/MMN

La solicitud fue exitosa.

Dear European Ombudsman,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- Letters and related correspondence with Union`s institutions, minutes and any other relevant documents related to Ombudsman`s case against OLAF 1183/2012/MMN on whistleblowing.
- Documents and details revealing why the four cases against OLAF listed here
http://www.ombudsman.europa.eu/cases/dec... were closed.

Many thanks.

Yours faithfully,

A.J. Ross

Dear Euro-Ombudsman,

On 14-08-2014 I received all the documents and marked my Request as "successful". Now, 22-08-2014 I see that the folder is empty. Could you please clarify why the folder is empty?.
There is no notice from Ombudsman under my request explaining why all documents are gone.
Can I send it back to website?.

Yours sincerely,

A.J. Ross

resend the same full batch of documents with the corrections implemented.

Thank you for your understanding.

Kind regards,
