Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Any document produced in 2022 outlining the risk of automatic decommitment for operational programmes implemented by Hungary in shared management - including any draft letter or letter sent pursuant to Art. 88 of the CPR.
