Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All funding provided to Morocco for the purposes of democratisation/ good governance/ human rights promotion between 2000 and today, including funding instruments, budget lines, recipients, and project names and descriptions. This is including, but not limited to, funding provided under the EED, the ENPI, the EIDHR, and programmes such as SPRING or MEDA.

Following internal consultation within DG NEAR, the description given in
your application does not enable us to identify concrete documents which
would correspond to your request.

1049/2001 regarding public access to documents, to provide us with more

types of documents, references, persons or bodies who drafted the
