Dear Environment,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, and further to 2019/1470, I would like to request a list of all lobby meetings held with DG Environment, since 8 March 2019, where the classification of titanium dioxide (TiO2) was discussed. The list should include the names of the individuals and organisations attending; the date; and any agendas / minutes / notes produced. I would additionally like to receive any position papers, emails, or other correspondence which relates to the classification of titanium dioxide (TiO2).

This request should include all open meetings of CARACAL.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely,

Vicky Cann

Dear Environment,

Is there an update on 2019/5372 please?

My records show that it is now substantially overdue and that I have not heard from you on it since 11 October?

Yours faithfully,

Dear Environment,

To follow up my previous message sent earlier today, I see that you also sent me an email on 5 November regarding the delay on 2019-5372.

It would greatly help my document mangement if we might focus communications on this platform, and I would be keen to know the latest from you as this is now becoming urgent.

Thanks and yours faithfully,

Dear Environment,

Thank you again for sending these documents. In the annex to 2019/5372 there is a Commission reply to a letter from the Chemical Industry of the Czech Republic (doc 17). It references a letter sent to the Commission by this organisation dated 21 February 2019. I do not appear to have this letter although I think it would have been covered by my original request. Please might you send it to me?

Thanks in advance.

Yours faithfully,

Vicky Cann

Dear Environment,

Further to my message of 10 February, there is a further problem in that document 14, dated 5 June, is a reply to a letter dated 6 March from a group of companies including Venator. I have not received the 6 March letter.

I would be pleased to receive the 6 March 2019 letter referred to in document 14, and the 21 February 2019 letter referred to in document 17 as soon as possible.

Thank you.

Yours faithfully,

Vicky Cann

Dear Ms Cann,

In your e-mail of 26 February you request a document that was already
identified as document number 16 in our reply to you on GESTDEM 2019/1470
under Ares(2019)3037658 of 07/05/2019. This document was sent to you by DG
GROW in their reply to your GestDem No 2019/1403 under Ares(2019)2889078
of 30/04/2019 as document number 2 in the document register.

As for the document requested in your e-mail of 10 February, we did not
consider it under the material scope of your request, since we interpreted
it as referring to documents addressed to DG ENV and that document is not
addressed to this DG. Moreover, it was not under the temporal scope of
your request either, since it is previous to the date of 8 March indicated
in your request.  A reply on this document will be dealt with under your
new request registered with number GESTDEM 2020/1240.
