DG Justice Anti-fraud Strategy
Dear Secretariat General (SG),
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
DG Justice Anti-fraud Strategy (full version - 2011)
Recently the Commission granted access to the DG Justice Anti-fraud Strategy (full version - 2011) http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/477/r... ).
Point 3.3 (page 17) states:
“DG Justice Personnel shall stay prudent on revealing any information in cases of irregularities or suspicion of fraud or OLAF investigation. Under no circumstances shall this be revealed to media or to the suspected beneficiary without an Agreement of OLAF and the responsible Unit in DG Justice ”.
I request access to the Agreements given by OLAF to DG Justice to reveal to the media or to the suspected beneficiary “cases of irregularities or suspicion of fraud or OLAF investigation”.
