Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the following documents:
The documents filed in the case C-638/16 by Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, France, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland and the Commission.
