Dear Mr Fanta,
We are writing to you with regards to case 2020-0891 to request some
clarifications.
In your communication to us you ask for "All documents in regard to the
EDPS investigation into the processing operation related to e-printers at
the European Parliament". We have examined thoroughly our database and did
not find any investigation conducted by EDPS on this particular topic.
However, there are other procedures related to the matter which may fall
within the scope of your inquiry.
In your e-mail dated 29 September 2020, you used the term investigation,
which can be interpreted in an narrow, but also in a broader sense. We are
fully committed to transparency and would like to accommodate your needs,
so could you please provide us with more details what information exactly
you are looking for.
Kind regards,
EDPS Secretariat

Dear European Data Protection Supervisor,
my query refers to the Efficient Printing project launched by the European Parliament in 2017. The EDPS spokesperson referred to it as "consultation on e-printers" and mentioned the Parliament had been issued recommendations on e-printers data processing.
Yours sincerely,
Alexander Fanta
