Documents regarding endocrine disrupters
Dear Health and Consumers (SANCO),
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
– on the topic of endocrine disrupters (also spelled: disruptors), all correspondence (including emails), the list of meetings with detailed minutes and any other reports of such meetings between DG SANCO’s officials and representatives of the following organisations:
-Fleischman-Hillard
-Burson-Marsteller
-EPPA consulting
-Harwood Lewitt consulting
-Laroche Conseil
-Keller & Heckman
-European Policy Centre (EPC)
-European Risk Forum
(between June 2011 and July 2013);
Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6.

Thank you for your message of 1 August 2013.
This reply concerns my application for access to documents- Ref GestDem No 2013/3636, point 3.
You write that my application "concerns a very large number of documents" and then refer to Article 6(3), which provides that "in the event of an application relating to a very long document or to very large number of documents, the institution concerned may confer with the applicant informally, with a view to finding a fair solution". You propose to handle my application before the deadline of 30th November 2013.
First, I am surprised that such a large number of documents exists on the topic and am not convinced that Article 6(3) actually applies. Second, I consider that 30th November 2013 is not a “fair solution”. I am very concerned that my request - on a major public health issue - could suffer unjustified delay.
If the number of documents is indeed "very large", then perhaps you could draw a list of these documents, on which we could base a prioritisation and precise release timeline.
