Documents related to 6 January 2021 meeting
Dear European Parliament,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting all documents, including but not limited to meeting minutes, reports, and email exchanges, related to the following meeting:
Date of the meeting : 06/01/2021
Shadow Rapporteur of the meeting: ENVI and AGRI
Title of the meeting: Fertilisers, cadmium in phosphate
Subject of meeting: INI Report on a Farm to Fork Strategy for a fair, healthy and environmentally-friendly food system - SaferPhosphates
Link about the meeting: https://www.europarl.europa.eu/meps/en/1...
Would you also please kindly provide all documents pertaining to exchanges with the organisation SaferPhosphates in the lead up to this meeting (all communications with SaferPhosphates or their representatives related to Farm to Fork strategy and in preparation of the above-reference 6 January 2021 meeting) and any follow up exchanges with SaferPhosphates or their representatives after 6 January 2021.
It would be preferable if the Parliament produces the documents on a rolling basis. The Parliament's search for — or deliberations concerning — certain documents should not delay the production of others that the Parliament has already in its possession and has elected to produce.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Piotr Kowal

Dear Mr Kowal,
The deadline for replying to your application concerning public access to
documents under [1]Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 expires today, on
14/04/2021.
However, due to the fact that the internal consultation process being
carried out to identify whether there are documents falling within the
scope of your application is taking longer than expected, Parliament
exceptionally needs to extend the time-limit provided for in Article 7(1)
of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 by a further 15 working days in order to
reply to your application, in accordance with Article 7(3) of the same
regulation.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience. We thank you for your
understanding.
Kind regards,

Dear AccesDocs,
Thank you for your email. According to my initial request email, the Parliament should clearly have documents falling within the scope of my request not least because my request was based exclusively on information published on MEP Sarah Weiner's page on the Parliament's own website (https://www.europarl.europa.eu/meps/en/1...). Therefore I look forward to your prompt reply with the requested information.
Yours sincerely,
Piotr
Dear European Parliament,
I hereby kindly urge you to satisfy your legal commitments under Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001. Your requested extension of 15 days has now expired and it would be appreciated if you could provide the requested information.
On 12 May, Safer Phosphates will be hosting a panel that include Member of the European Parliament Anne Sander. This is further evidence of the continued interactions between this lobby group and your institution (https://www.saferphosphates.com/webinar-...). Therefore, you are urged, for the sake of transparency, to respect your legal commitments and provide the requested information as outlined in our 17 March 2021 submission.
Yours sincerely,
Piotr Kowal
