Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Dear Ms Jordan,

We refer to your email application for public access to documents of 15
May 2023, registered on 22 May 2023 under the EASE reference number
2023/2979.

Your application is currently being handled and the reply to it should be
finalised very soon.

However, we will not be in a position to complete the handling of your
application within the time limit of 15 working days, which expires on 13
June 2023, i.e. today.

An extended time limit is needed as the application concerns documents
held by different Services, which must be consulted.

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit by 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding

The request was initially made on 15/05/2023 and registered on 22/05/2023 under the case number
2023/2979 with an initial deadline of 13/06/2023. That deadline was then extended to 4 July 2023.
I haven't heard anything since then. Please will you look into this for me.
