Secretaría General de la Comisión Europea

Dear Ms Douo,

We refer to your e-mail dated 17 July 2020 in which you make a request for
access to documents. This request was registered on 22 July 2020 under the
above-mentioned reference numbers.

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of the first two points of your request
within the time limit of 15 working days, which expires on 12 August 2020.
An extended time limit is needed since these points of your application
concern documents that contain personal data and that are held by
different Services which must be consulted.

In respect of these two points, we have therefore to extend the time limit
with 15 working days in accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No
1049/2001 regarding public access to documents. The new time limit will
expire on 2 September 2020.

We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause. You
will receive a separate message concerning the third point of your request
(“Any correspondence between the EEAS and the Secretariat General
mentioning Nathalie Tocci”).

Yours sincerely,

Susan PANTER
Head of Unit HR.C.1
