Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- Documents regarding the legislative process as well as the preparatory phase of the Anti Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA), esp. communication between the European Parliament and EU Commission and Council and documents in possesion of the EP received by former mentioned bodies

- Legal opinions and other documents produced by the Parliaments Research Service as well as used external expertise

- Documentation of events regarding the Anti Counterfeiting Trade Agreement where members of the EP have been involved
