EASA.2021.HVP.18 tender contract

La solicitud fue parcialmente exitosa.

Dear European Aviation Safety Agency,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents that contain the following information:

0) Has the EASA.2021.HVP.18 tender been awarded? (planned for Jan 2022)

If so,
1) to what party, parties, or consortia?
2) at what total value?
3) can we get access to the award letter?
4) can we get access to the evaluation?
5) can we get access to the "Direct Service Contract" that was made between the EU (represented by EASA) with the winning party?
6) can we get access to the winning tender's full tender submission?

If not,
7) when does EASA plan to decide on the winner? (planned for Jan 2022)
8) when does EASA plan to sign the contract? (planned for Feb 2022)

Yours faithfully,
Andrea Schlapbach

Dear RATAJCZYK Mikolaj (EASA)

Thank you for your reply.

I saw the recent announcement on
https://www.easa.europa.eu/research-proj...
so I assume the contract has been signed now.

You wrote that "after the signature of the contract with the successful tenderer the evaluation report and the contract can be partially made accessible to the public.".

Can you please send me:
1) the evaluation reports for all 7 tenderers, and
2) the contract signed,
to the extent they can be partially made accessible to the public.

Yours sincerely,

Andrea Schlapbach
