Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- Finance contract, loan agreement or similar information, signed between the EIB and Umicore, as announced on 18-06-2020 [Ref1]

- Finance contract, loan agreement or similar information, signed between the EIB and Northvolt, as announced on 29-07-2020 [Ref2]

- "Memorandum of Understanding" or "Agreement" between EIT InnoEnergy SE and Infinity Lithium Corp (ASX:INF), as per press release 26-03-2020 [Ref3], including any existing addenda, annexes , amendments, or subcontracts

- "Added Value Services Agreement", between EIT InnoEnergy SE and Savannah Resources Plc (AIM: SAV), as per press release 27-05-2020 [Ref4], including any existing addenda, annexes , amendments, or subcontracts ​
