Engine power of fishing vessels
Dear sir, madam,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- All communication within DG Mare on excessive engine power (over 221KW) of fishing vessels within the 12-miles zone from 2009 until now.
- All communication between the European Commission and the European Fisheries Control Agency on excessive engine power of fishing vessels within the 12-miles zone from 2009 until now.
- All communication between the member states Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands about excessive engine power of fishing vessels within the 12-miles zone from 2009 until now.
I'd like to receive this information for dutch public tv NOS. You find my contact details below.
