Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- the legal opinion concerning the 2000 Proposal for an Agreement between the European Parliament, the Commission, the Court of Justice, the Court of Auditors, the Economic and Social Committee and the Committee of the Regions establishing an Advisory Group on Standards in Public Life - SEC(2000) 2077 final, Brussels 29.1.2000.

- any legal opinion discussing the EU Ethics framework (of the EU Parliament and/or any other EU institution, agency, body).

The European Parliament’s offices will be closed from 23 December 2019 to
3 January 2020. Applications for access to documents will not be
registered until 6 January 2020. The period within which a reply must be
