EPSO tests data
Dear European Personnel Selection Office,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- Number of people currently registered in the reserve lists from which EU institutions can recruit new staff members, specifying their age, gender, nationality and possible portfolio.
- Number of candidates recruited by any EU body monthly from 2003 onwards, specifying the recruiting institution and the position, age, gender and nationality of the new employee.
- Number of tests conducted monthly from 2003 onwards, specifying the percentage of successful candidates (laureates), the nationality of all candidates and the position offered.
- From those succesful candidates from 2003 onwards, percentage of laureates per country, age and gender.
Thanks in advance.
Yours faithfully,
Álvaro Merino

Dear European Personnel Selection Office,
Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.
I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'EPSO tests data'.
The scope of my inital request was much broader than that included in the reply received, so I am filing this confirmatory application in order to ask for a second search of documents.
In addition, I do not see any reason not to disclose the full excerpt of EPSO's statitical IT tool, the only document identified, since it contains more details and data which are elegible to fall within the scope of my request. Furthermore, the document itself contains a graph showing "recruitments per month" that should have been made from particular data that are not disclosed in the excerpt and match the time frequency specified in my request.
A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/epso...
Yours faithfully,
Álvaro Merino
