Neculai-Cristian Surubaru

Dear Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1) Data on the level and total amount of financial corrections applied to all EU-28 countries (for each individual country and overall) resulted from the misuse of EU funding during 2007-2013;

2) Internal summaries and/or audit reports on financial corrections that would provide an understanding of the main reasons for applying financial corrections for ESF funds across the EU during 2007-2013, and if possible even before that specific date.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Mr Tamas,

Many thanks for your reply and for the links sent.

I would like to ask you for aggregated data on the level of ESF financial corrections applied during 2007-2013, for all EU-28.

Given the European Commission's open data policy, I am wondering if you can send me a CSV / Excel database / file with the level of financial corrections applied to all EU-28 countries (EUR million paid back each year per country and ideally the source of the correction - e.g. Human resources, Administrative Capacity OPs) ?

Thank you for your support.

Yours faithfully,

Neculai-Cristian Surubaru
