EU Citizens Email to Director Alexandra Jour-Schroeder - no reply at all?

La respuesta a esta solicitud está muy retrasada. Secretaría General de la Comisión Europea ya debería haber respondido (detalles). Puedes apelar pidiendo una revisión interna.

Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

On 9. Februar 2018 um 10:53:40 MEZ the EU commission, Director for EU wide criminal justice Alexandra Jour Schroeder has been contacted.

European Commission
DG JUST — Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers
Deputy Director-General in charge of Directorates B and E
Dir B — Criminal justice JOUR-SCHROEDER Alexandra
http://europa.eu/whoiswho/public/index.c...

There was a UK police 'Fehlverhalten' of wrong imprisonment. 35 numbered questions (especially on EU law) have been put.

There was no reply at all from Ms Jour Schroder or one of her employees.

What is the normal ruling when a member of the EU commission receives a request from a EU citizen? When a receipt confirmation is requested, will this be given. Whats the duration of time until there has to be an answer?

There request has been sent one month ago.

Kindly send me the request and all the documents that have been prepared in the meantime.

Yours faithfully,

Klaus Zinser

Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

there has been no reply at all on this request. Please follow up as it seems its ignored.

Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

as i received a letter now (around 16 June 2018; stamped on 11.06.2018) its untrue what you wrote in saying that Mrs Alexandra Jour-Schroeder never received this email.

(1) Please clarify what happened. Why was I told the email has not been received=
(2) Please let me know the timeframe in which i should have got an answer? At what date latest?

Yours faithfully,

Dear Mr Zinser,

After careful examination, we can confirm that your e-mail dated 9 March
had not been registered by SG ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS in our applications
because it was categorised as a request for information, and not a request
for access to documents under Regulation 1049/2001.

SG ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS passed on your message to DG JUST on 12 March
asking to register your request and reply to it. A reply should normally
be sent within 15 working days as from the date of registration of the
request.

Please accept our apologies for the confusion.

As your request for information falls under the responsibility of DG JUST,
you can contact DG JUST should you wish to receive more information about
the reply you received.

Thank you.

With kind regards,

Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'EU Citizens Email to Director Alexandra Jour-Schroeder - no reply at all?'.

The answer: 'we can confirm that your e-mail dated 9 March
had not been registered by SG ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS in our applications
because it was categorised as a request for information, and not a request
for access to documents under Regulation 1049/2001.'

is not acceptable. Factually it seems to be a lie what has been initially answered. Please investigate this.

A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/eu_c...

Yours faithfully,

Klaus Zinser

Please note that the SG replies refer to your e-mail of 9 MARCH. This is the request you have made on 9 March via Ask the EU. At no point have you been told that the e-mail of 9 FEBRUARY has not been received. Evidently it has been received as you have received a reply to the e-mail from DG JUST.

Dear Mr Zinser,

We confirm what we said in our previous e-mail: your e-mail dated 9 March
through the Asktheeu website ([1][FOI #5231 email])
has never been registered as an access to documents request under
Regulation 1049/2001 because it was categorised and handled as a request
for information (which explains the absence of a Gestdem reference number
in our correspondence). It was passed on to DG Justice and Consumers as
such on 12 March asking to register your request and reply to it according
to the Code of Good Administrative Behaviour. DG Justice and Consumers
sent you a reply on 11 June.

Please note that the confirmatory application, in line with the provisions
of Article 7(2) of Regulation 1049/2001, is the means of the review of the
initial reply provided under that Regulation. As mentioned above, the
reply you received from DG JUST on 11 June was not a reply provided under
Regulation 1049/2001 and therefore the confirmatory application may not be
used as the means of its review.

Yours sincerely,

Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

You were initially saying:
‘Unfortunately, your e-mail dated 09/03/2018 has not reached us ’ You have left me with the impression that this email message was technically lost.

This email this FOI request is referring to was sent directly Alexandra Jour Schroeder (a high ranked and very high paid EU Commission official).

When did Mrs Jour-Schroeder received this email?
When has Mrs Jour Schroeder replied to this email?
If Mrs Jour Schroeder has not replied to the request of a Europan Citizen - me - please explain why not.

This issue is still very important. Unfortunately it seems Mrs Jour Schroeder is either not qualified or not intererested me as European citizen. Seems she is biased.

Kindly let me know who can deal with this case?

When you make the internal review please keep the EU Ombudsman Emily O’Reilly and her head, Cecilia Wikström (MEP, protestant Priest) out as Mrs Wikström seems to support the agenda or parental rootcutting. She has delayed and finally stopped my petiton 1229/2013 where i petitioned for child contact.

I will make a web copy of this email request in case it gets censored. So i can proof.
Yours faithfully,

Klaus Zinser

Dear Mr Zinser,

Your e-mail dated 9 March sent through
[1][email address] has been passed on to DG Justice
and Consumers together with your e-mail dated 9 March sent through
[2][FOI #5231 email]. DG Justice and Consumers
confirmed to us on 12 March that it would register these requests and
reply to them. You confirmed that DG Justice and Consumers sent you a
reply on 11 June.

Your requests have never been registered as access to documents requests
under Regulation 1049/2001 because they were categorised as requests for
information (which explains the absence of a Gestdem reference number in
our correspondence). Therefore, these requests do not fall under the
responsibility of the Secretariat General's Access to Documents team. We
kindly invite you to turn to DG Justice and Consumers should you have
questions about the internal handling of your requests in DG Justice and
Consumers or about its replies.

Thank you.

Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'EU Citizens Email to Director Alexandra Jour-Schroeder - no reply at all?'.

Having received an answer four months later when urgent information was needed. Thats a joke. Therefore I have to declare this as unanswered as it seems there was the intention not to answer.

I request a review of this. Unfortunately Mrs Emily O'Reilly seems to be biased and controlled by her head Cecilia Wikström. Therefore I request a review from an independent organisation.

A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/eu_c...
