EU Funded projects concerning persons with disabilities

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
Details of all NEAR projects concerning persons with disabilities (including children with disabilities) in the programming period 2014 – 2020.
