access to documents, registered on that same day under the above mentioned
reference number.

 

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires on 06.01.2016.

 

An extended time limit is needed for the complete assessment of your
request taking into account that it requires consultation with different
Services, in view of the different documents you asked for.

 

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 27.01.2016.

Dear Mrs Fiedler,

We refer to our mail dated 21/12/2015 (here below) by which we informed
you that we were not in a position to complete the handling of your
request for access to documents Gestdem 2015/6363, dated 07/12/2015,
within the time limit of 15 working days. We informed you that we had to
extend the time limit with 15 working days in accordance with Article 7(3)
of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to documents. The
new time limit for this request Gestdem 2015/6363 expires today, on
27.01.2016.

In the meantime, you made a new request for access to documents Gestdem
2016/0095, dated 08/01/2016 (attached to this mail for your convenience)
on the same subject: EU Internet Forum. The handling of this application
expires on 29.01.2016. An extended time limit is needed for the complete
assessment of this second request taking into account that it requires
consultation with different Services, in view of the different documents
you asked for. Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working
days in accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001
regarding public access to documents. The new time limit expires on
19/02/2016.

We inform you that both requests Gestdem 2015/6363 and Gestdem 2016/0095
are presently jointly under handling with a view to sending to you a sole
complete reply to them. This reply is under preparation and we should be
in a position to send it to you before the new deadline of 19/02/2016
(Gestdem 2016/0095).
