Dear Trade,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

the tariffs that would have been paid by the UK and the EU in 2016 (or the last year available) if instead of belonging to the European Union the trade between the respective countries were subject to the EU external tariffs. If this could be broken down by main tariff heading that would be most agreeable.
