EUIPO/AD/01/23 – Administrators (AD 6) in the field of intellectual property
Dear European Personnel Selection Office,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- the document/decision on the basis of which candidates EUIPO/AD/01/23 – Administrators (AD 6) in the field of intellectual property were re-invited to the test
- information on how many candidates were re-invited to the test
- information when the EPSO sent the invitations
- information on how many candidates currently working at EUIPO have been re-invited to the test
- information on whether EUIPO employees were allowed to use work computers, monitors, mice, keyboards for the test, and internet paid for from the EUIPO budget
- information if the public can visit the library of the EU institution and borrow books related to preparation for the EPSO tests

Dear Ms Dudaskova,
We refer to your request of 30/09/2023 in which you make a request for
access to documents, registered on 25/10/2023, after reception of your
postal address, under the reference number 2023/6313.
Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires on 17/11/2023.
We have to extend the time limit by 15 working days in accordance with
Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to
documents. The new time limit expires on 08/12/2023.
