I can narrow down the scope as concerns the time frame. In fact, Eurochild exists since 10 years and I would like to have access to documents related to how much EU funding they received and what for.
So: time frame 2004 - now.
As concerns the DG's, I suggest DG EMPL, JUST, REGIO.
