Ex-post evaluation report (2007-2010)

Estamos a la espera de que David Savic lea una respuesta reciente y de que actualice el estado.

Dear Migration and Home Affairs,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

I am writing you in order to request Ex-post evaluation report (2007-2010) for next countries:
• AUSTRIA,
• CROATIA,
• GREECE,
• UK,
• IRELAND and
• LUXEMBOURG

These reports were complementary documents under Article 52(3)(c) of Decision No 574/2007/EC, ( https://ec.europa.eu/home-affairs/financ... ), and above mentioned countries were part of External Borders Fund, however, their national reports have not been published. I would like to know would it be possible to take a look into their reports as well.

Yours faithfully,

David Savic

Dear Mr Savic,

We refer to your message dated 10.02.2017 in which you make a request for
access to documents, registered on 10.02.2017 under the above-mentioned
reference number.  Your application is currently being handled. However,
we will not be in a position to complete the handling of your application
within the time limit of 15 working days, which expires on 03.03.2017.  An
extended time limit is needed as your application concerns documents held
by different services which must be consulted.

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) n°1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 24.03.2017.

We apologize for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.

Best regards
