Dear Sir,

Subject:               Your application for access to documents – Ref
GestDem No 2015/4509 and 4510

We refer to your e-mails dated 26/08/2015 in which you make a request for
access to documents, registered on 26/08/2015 under the above mentioned
reference numbers.

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires on 16/09/2015.

An extended time limit is needed as in order to retrieve the documents
requested, large files have to be examined.

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 7/10/2015.

We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Justice and Consumers,

on 15th September you had written:
"Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a position to complete the handling of your application within the time limit of 15 working days, which expires on 16/09/2015.

An extended time limit is needed as in order to retrieve the documents requested, large files have to be examined.

accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 7/10/2015."

You had unilaterally extended the time limit from 16th September 2015 to 7th October 2015.

Today we have the 11th October 2015 and there is still no reply. As I see strong indications
- in trying to delay and
- hiding information
kindly let mo know who is working on the request and the detailed current status.

Yours faithfully,

Klaus Zinser

Dear Justice and Consumers,

on

http://ec.europa.eu/transparency/regexpe...

it is said, two people were added. Kindly let me know the names of the two people. Also the name of the DG who has decided this.

Further, the reports are not all what is there. Only an agenda, thats very strange.

Also, there is no information about the time after 14th July 2015.

I request the names of the members of the evaluation committee (2xA1, 1xC1).

Further I kindly request to publish all information as it is written in the initial request.

Yours faithfully,

Klaus Zinser

Dear Justice and Consumers,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Justice and Consumers's handling of my FOI request 'Expert Group Brussels IIa (E03294)'.

My request has not fully been answered. Especially as the Head on A.1 Michael Shotter and possible one of the central instructors has been moved to the cabinet Juncker.

Therefore i again request:
(1) information about the time after 14th July 2015.

(2) I request the names of the members of the evaluation committee
(2xA1, 1xC1).

(3) and because of the movement of Michael Shotter the names of the now active people - the successor.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/exper...

Refused by Martin Kroger. It not a problem when the commission extends and delays but if the FOI requester is outside the 15 days its rejected.
