Neculai-Cristian Surubaru

Dear Regional and Urban Policy,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1) Data on the level and total amount of financial corrections applied to all EU-28 countries (for each individual country and overall) resulted from the misuse of EU funding during 2007-2013;

2) Internal summaries and/or audit reports on financial corrections that would provide an understanding of the main reasons for applying financial corrections for ERDF / CF funds across the EU .

Thank you for your cooperation.

Yours faithfully,
