Dear Legal Service,

On 1 February 2022, I received your response to my request, registered under reference No. GestDem 2021/7610, for two documents from the infringement case against Germany (INFR(2021)2114).

As a follow-up to this correspondence, on the basis of the second sentence of Article 11(1) and Article 42 of the Charter, and Article 2(1) of the Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting:
— any document sent by the Commission to Germany (and vice-versa) in case INFR(2021)2114, following Germany's response of 3 August 2021 to the letter of formal notice, in particular a document of 2 December 2021 informing that the case was closed;
— any opinion of the Legal Service provided in relation to the mentioned case.

I am also requesting that these documents be sent in their original language, and also in English if the Commission has a translation in that language.

Please send the requested documents via e-mail. In order to comply the requirements, I also provide my postal address:
Forum Obywatelskiego Rozwoju
ul. Ignacego Krasickiego 9A
