Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1 - any information or communication with member states or industry stakeholders in relation to the free movement of goods of finished products (hemp buds, vaping, cosmetics, food supplements, etc) containing CBD, the non-psychotropic compound.
2 - any information or communication related to the member states and/or the EU institutions' position in regards to finished products currently on the market that contain CBD.
3 - any plan to develop a common EU position with regards to CBD products in order to secure the Single Market.
