Gas industry meetings Jan-March 2022
Dear Climate Action,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
All documentation (including but not limited to all email correspondence, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, transcripts, recordings and minutes/notes) relating to the meetings listed below:
1. Between Kreab SSAB AB (SSAB)and Antoine Colombani, Cabinet member of Frans Timmermans, and Sarah Nelen, Cabinet member of Frans Timmermans on 10th March 2022
2. Between Shell Companies (Shell) and Executive Vice-President Frans Timmermans on 5th March 2022
3. Between Fortum Oyj (Fortum Corporation) and Diederik Samsom, Cabinet member of Frans Timmermans on 25th January 2022
I would prefer you to produce the documents on a rolling basis, rather than waiting until the full response is ready, and I would be pleased to receive an initial list of all documents as soon as possible.
