Grant Agreement of the Interreg project REMIX
Dear Regional and Urban Policy,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
Grant Agreement (GA) or similar contractual documents of the INTERREG project REMIX, "Smart and Green Mining Regions of EU" (PGI02400), including any existing addenda, annexes, amendments, errata or substitutions, and subcontracts. This considers especially the GA's core documents that lay out the objectives of the project, its partners and participants, and also the actions and deliverables to be performed and elaborated within the project.
Yours faithfully,

Dear Mr. Nik Völker,
Thank you for your e-mail in which you requested contractual documents of
the Interreg project ‘REMIX - Smart and Green Mining Regions of EU’.
That project has been co-financed by the Interreg Europe programme
([1]https://www.interregeurope.eu/remix/).
Like all programmes of the European Structural and Investment (ESI) Funds,
Interreg Europe is implemented in shared management by the EU Member
States. The authority responsible for managing the Interreg Europe
programme (‘managing authority’) on behalf of the participating partner
countries (all EU Member States, plus Switzerland and Norway) is the
Hauts-de-France Regional Council, France. It is the managing authority who
sign the subsidy contracts (‘grant agreements’) on behalf of the programme
with the selected projects.
I therefore kindly invite you to address your request to the Joint
Secretariat of the Interreg Europe programme by writing to the Programme
Director Mr Erwin Siweris ([2][email address]), who is in Cc
in this e-mail.
Kind regards,
GIANNANTONIO BALLETTE
