Hello,
Please find attached a message concerning your request for access to
Commission documents registered under the above case number 2023/0429.
Kind regards,
Dear Migration and Home Affairs,
The extended time limit has expired on 06/03/2023. Can you provide me with some update on my request, please?
Yours faithfully,
Anas Ambri
Dear Migration and Home Affairs,
I am submitting this confirmatory application as a formality. It seems that DG_HOME has lost the ability to respond to any of my correspondence when it comes to this request (2023/0429) as well as 2022/6720 and 2022/6020. Feel free to forward this application to SG, although, in the absence of any response from your office, any intervention from SG would be premature. However, I would appreciate if you could acknowledge receipt, since I intend to forward your response as part of a complaint to the EU ombudsman.
Yours faithfully,
Anas Ambri
