Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

'The “Guide to Good Practice – Mediation” of the 1993 Hague Adoption Convention (published in 2012 in English, French and Spanish) was made available in 2013 in most languages of the European Union and in Arabic thanks to the generous support of the European Commission / DG Justice. '
