Dear Mr. Dohle,
Referring to your access to document request mentioned above the Legal Service asks you to be more specific in order to be able to deal with your request.
For example we could in the first place examine documents being legal advice related to the Brussels I and Brussels II regulations insofar as they relate to the following Hague conventions:
1980 Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction
1996 Hague Convention on Jurisdiction, Applicable Law, Recognition, Enforcement and Co-operation in Respect of Parental Responsibility and Measures for the Protection of Children
2005 Hague Convention on Choice of Court Agreements
2007 Hague Convention International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance
Is this the information you are looking for? If yes, please do also specify the order by which you would like us to examine the corresponding documents containing legal advice.
For administrative reasons, we suggest to close this request GestDem by sending you our request for specification.
Your reply will trigger a new request with a new deadline as foreseen by regulation 1049/2001.
Thank you
Yours faithfully

Dear Sir,
Unless a technical problem occurred, we have not received a reply to our
e-mail of 27 of May 2016, asking to be more specific on the documents you
are looking for.
As explained in the previous communication, without the said
clarifications, it is not possible to identify and retrieve concrete
documents which would correspond to your request.
We would like to inform you that in the absence of the requested
information, your request is now closed.
Of course, this does not prevent you from lodging a new one which will be
treated on the basis of the new information and according to the relevant
procedural rules.
Yours sincerely
