the 18th of April I filled an application in order to access to documents related to "Handbooks to air and return operations". Pursuant to art. 7, par. 1, of regulation (EC) No. 1049/2001 you shall grant access to documents requested or refuse it by written replay. Pursuant art. 7, par. 3, you shall inform me in advance about your delay.
So, what happened? Can you please inform me about the follow up of my application?
