IDOC Report 2019

Estamos a la espera de que Lee Rotherham lea las últimas respuestas y de que actualice el estado.

Dear Human Resources and Security,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the annual report for IDOC, containing the reviews of disciplinary cases and their outcomes, for the year 2019. This should be due out shortly.

I should be grateful if it may be in hard copy.

I am not an EU national as a result of Brexit. However;

(i) This is a resend of a request submitted (but unacknowledged) in January, when I was one;
(ii) Article 2.2 of the Regulation allows for requests from non-nationals;
(iii) The report covers a period when the UK was a member state, and therefore carries a public interest relevance;
(iv) I could simply ask a colleague who is an EU national to resubmit: previous release of the document shows the request in itself is not controversial.

Please post it to -
