La solicitud fue rechazada por Parlamento Europeo.

Dear European Parliament,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Background:
The European Parliament has been informed that there are fundamental errors in the study:

Adoption without consent

Therefore i would like to know all actions that have been taken right now:
(1) actions to find all the errors in the report
(2) information about the activities to correct them
(3) what has been done to make sure the incorrect study is not published until its corrected.
(4) Has the responsible person for payment decided not to pay the Study until it is correct ? Is there a written document. Also let me know in case the payment has been done when this has happened and who has signed ?

Dear Registre,

just to make you and also the public aware, the reponsible persons who contracted and decide about payment on the incorrect report have received the following message:
'As I said, when I look at the report there are fundamental errors. Therefore this document should be immediately removed from the distribution link. Let me know who decides and how I can to request this. '
Therefore this document should be immediately be removed. Leaving it on the EU website would indicate that the document is correct which has been proved is wrong.

Yours sincerely,

Vinzenz Zinser

Dear Registre,

maybe it helps you, there is a video of children that have been taken away from their natural parents by UK Social Services and given to no related people the children don't know.
Possibly parenal root cutting (from both natural parents) describes it best.

Dear Registre,

just to remind you. The study has not been removed and seems unchanged.

For my interpretation it means, incorrect and misleading data is still on the Website of the European Union.

http://www.europarl.europa.eu/RegData/et...

And this several weeks after the responsible person has been informed that the data is incorrect.

Yours sincerely,

Dear Mr Zinzer,

In reply to your observations we would like to point out that the Transparency Unit, while being responsible for monitoring the technical aspects of recording documents in the Parliament's public register of documents in accordance with the relevant rules, it has no competences as regards decisions concerning the range of documents covered by the register, or the removal/replacement of a document. The service originator of a document remains responsible for its publication on Internet.

In consequence, only the service responsible for the study at stake may decide on any further action in this respect.

We hope this helps to clarify.

Dear Mr Zinser,

As already explained in our message of 14 August, the Transparency Unit is responsible to provide public access to Parliament's documents according to the provisions and conditions laid down in Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 and its implementing measures. Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 is attached for your ease of reference.

The information you are seeking and the actions you are requesting are outside the remit and competencies of the Transparency unit. Moreover, it is our understanding that you are already in contact with the Parliament's competent department, which is currently assessing your allegations and will come back to you as soon as possible.

Being this the second time that we confirm that our unit may not answer your questions, we consider that pursuing repetitive exchanges with you on the subject would be contrary to the principle of good administration (see in particular Art. 14(3) of the European Code of Good Administrative Behaviour). Therefore, no further request concerning the treatment of the study in question will be processed.
