incursions into EU airspace by unidentified targets
Dear European Aviation Safety Agency,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:'
all records on radar data /file/folder/notes/email/correspondence/electronic date/ UCTs or/and unidentified crarf detected (reported) operating in EU airspace, including information forwarded to third parties.
