Indonesian fires and haze
Dear European External Action Service,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1) Any documents, including emailed correspondences held by the EU mission in Indonesia or the EEAS, pertaining to the Indonesian fires and haze problem, created or sent after January 1, 2015.
2) Any documents, including emailed correspondences held by the EU mission in Indonesia or the EEAS, pertaining to PT Kallista Alam, PT Bumi Mekar Hijau, Asia Pulp & Paper, or any company being prosecuted by the Indonesian government in regard to the fires and haze.
3) Any documents, including emailed correspondences held by the EU mission in Indonesia or the EEAS, pertaining to a potential or actual presidential instruction (Inpres) or decree (Perppu) from the Jokowi administration on the management, development or restoration of Indonesia's peatlands.
