Dear European External Action Service,
Pursuant to the European Union's Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council, and Commission documents, I hereby request access to the following information:
Any and all records, documents, or communications within the possession of the European External Action Service (EEAS) concerning any financial or business interests held by Antonino Maggiore, currently serving as the EU Ambassador to Maputo. This includes declarations of interest, conflict of interest forms, and any related documentation submitted during his tenure.
From Antonino Maggiore’s agenda since 1 October 2022, a list of every meeting between Maggiore and external entities or individuals representing Rwanda, Rwandan interests in Mozambique, or the fossil fuel companies established in Mozambique Eni and/or TotalEnergies and/or ExxonMobil.
Any correspondence or communications involving Antonino Maggiore and external entities or individuals representing Rwanda, Rwandan interests in Mozambique, or the fossil fuel companies established in Mozambique Eni and/or TotalEnergies and/or ExxonMobil.
If any records are deemed exempt from disclosure, please provide a detailed justification for each such exemption. Additionally, if any portions of the records are found to be exempt, please release any reasonably segregable non-exempt portions of the requested records.
