Dear Sir,

We refer to your email dated 05 May 2020 in which you make a request for
access to documents, registered on 28 May 2020 under the above mentioned
reference number.

The IcSP funded programmes managed by DEVCO are global and trans-regional
in nature (Article 5). Hence, there is no specific programme or Annual
Action Programme nor calls for proposals set up in the countries mentioned
in your request under Article 5 of the IcSP.

Regarding your request about “The Compendium between 2010 and 2020 of the
IcSP”, the description does not enable us to identify concrete documents
which would correspond to your request.

In particular, a  search  in  the  document  management  systems/project
websites/reporting tools  of  the  European Commission based on the
wording of the request is  not  precise enough to yield results. We
therefore kindly suggest you to clarify the documents you require.

In accordance with Article 2, third paragraph of the Implementing Rules to
Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001[1][3], the 15 working days time limit for
handling your application will start running when we receive the requested
clarifications.

Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Yours faithfully,
