Investigation in to Cyprus Bar Association unlawful fee fixing

Estamos a la espera de que Frances Lewis lea una respuesta reciente y de que actualice el estado.

Dear Competition,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Further to your announcement in November 2018 whereby the Cyprus Bar agreed to abrogate minimum fees after being found guilty of unlawful fee fixing I would like a copy of the full investigation report please (not just the summary or the press release). I note the investigation has closed and therefore you cannot avoid providing this information on the basis that the investigation is ongoing.

It is in the public interest to understand the nature of the investigation and the findings of the investigation so that consumers can know what to look out for and companies can avoid such offences in the future.

Yours faithfully,

F Lewis

Dear Competition,

I forgot to add that I would like you to provide the basis for private recovery actions in the Courts by overcharged clients.

Yours faithfully,

F Lewis

Dear Competition,

Well that is quite bizarre isn't it. I am logged into this site and have given my personal details. Other areas of the European Union have provided information, but you cannot. Ask Ms Rodriguez Galindo who I am and where I live.

Ask the owners of this site who I am and where I live. I cannot use this site unless I am logged into it.

Moreover, you aren't sending them to my postal address, you are going to publish them here, for all to see.

You are reserving your right not to answer my request, when you are required to do so. You want me to go somewhere else and register my request so that the hundreds of victims of the Cyprus Bar illegal fee fixing scam won't see it. Why is that? Why does this site work for others, but not for you?

I'd like an internal review please and so I don't understand your position.

Yours faithfully,

F Lewis

Document request: I would like a copy of the investigation report relating
