Irregularity Management System - data for reuse
Dear European Anti-Fraud Office,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

I was instructed by the Croatian Ministry of Finance to you regarding irregularities and frauds related to EU funds. I understand that you collect and store reports from Croatia authorities in the system named Irregularity Management System, IMS.
Please deliver exported data from the IMS in a form that allows re-use. I do not require any personal data to be included.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Irregularity Management System - data for reuse'.
Thank you for your reply, but this is not an answer to my pertinent request.
In my request from December 11, 2020 I have asked for data from IMS that is possible to re-use.
In your answer from December 22, 2020 you have sent the link to Reports where each report is attached in a PDF form as seen in the example link (2019 Report): https://ec.europa.eu/anti-fraud/sites/an...
This is not the data I have asked for.
Please deliver the asked data in a format that allows re-use.

Dear Mr Schlossberg,
We refer to your confirmatory application dated 29/12/2020 in which you request a review of the decision to reject access the document.
Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a position to complete the handling of your application within the time limit of 15 working days, which expires on 25/01/2021.
An extended time limit is needed in order to finalise the internal consultation on the reply to your confirmatory application.
Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in accordance with Article 8(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 15/02/2021.
