Dear Madam, Sir,

I refer to my request for access to documents, which was registered on 31/01/2019 under reference number GestDem 2019/0591.

In your most recent message of 14 March 2019, the Commission wrote it was not able to comply with the deadline of 2 x 15 working days to comply with my request. This is unacceptable.

The regulation clearly says that the application should be dealt with within 15 working days, and that only in exceptional circumstances is an additional delay possible.

There is no legal basis for a second extension. Please reply to my request within 48 hours, or I will file a confirmatory application.

Sincerely,
Peter Teffer
