Dear Madam, Sir,

I refer to my access to documents request GestDem No 2019/4050 and your request for clarification.

Vice-President Andrus Ansip has met Mrs Neelie Kroes, in her capacity as advisor to Uber, on 20 September 2017. This was announced in the Commissioners' weekly activities on 15 September 2017 (http://europa.eu/rapid/press-release_CLD...). However, on the page where Vice-President Ansip's meetings are recorded, the register merely said "Uber".

Therefore, it is possible that one or more of the other 58 meetings which Uber registered in the EU transparency register (https://ec.europa.eu/transparencyregiste...) was in fact with Mrs Neelie Kroes.

Since Mrs Kroes was also advisor to Salesforce, it is also possible that one or more of the meetings registered as a meeting with Salesforce was a meeting with Mrs Kroes.

I am only interested in the meetings where Uber and Salesforce were represented by Mrs Kroes.

I hope I have clarified my request.

Regardless, I hope that you have already started work on the 20 September 2017 meeting, and can submit that document irrespective of the outcome of the second part of my request.

All the best
Peter Teffer
