Dear Mr. Roth,

We have noted that this week you have sent two further requests for access
to documents, in relation to the launch of coordinated enforcement on use
of cloud by public sector.

As mentioned in our previous emails attached below, at the moment the EDPB
Secretariat does not have the resources to handle all of these requests at
the same time (also taking into account other requests for access to
documents submitted by other applicants), within the legal deadlines
foreseen in Regulation 1049/2001.

Therefore we will handle these two new requests, in addition to the three
requests mentioned below in our email of 9 February, one by one at a later
stage, once we have handled your three registered requests, which are
currently still ongoing.

Please note that we may still need to contact you prior to registering
these 5 requests, in case clarifications are needed regarding the scope.

Please let us know if you oppose to this and whether you have any
questions. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Best regards,

EDPB Secretariat
