Dear Trade,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All documents - including but not limited to minutes, (hand-written) notes, audio recordings, verbatim reports, operational conclusions, lines to take, e-mails, and presentations, correspondence (i.e. any emails, correspondence, telephone call notes, and/or text messages including WhatsApp exchanges) – related to:

- Meetings held between Ms L. BALOGOVÁ -Coordinator of negotiations of the EU-Mercosur Association Agreement - and representatives of companies and business associations on issues related to the EU Mercosur Free Trade Agreement.

Dear Madam,

We refer to your e-mails of 20 July 2021 in which you make requests for
access to documents, registered on 22 July 2021 under the above mentioned
reference numbers.

Your applications are currently being handled. However, we will not be in
a position to complete the handling of your applications within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires on 12 August 2021.

An extended time limit is needed as the applications concern a number of
documents.

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 02 September
2021.
