Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

all correspondence relating to livestock emissions in the Industrial Emissions Directive (IED) between stakeholders and Commissioner Sinkevičius and/or his cabinet, as well as minutes of any meetings that discussed this topic between stakeholders and Commissioner Sinkevičius and/or his cabinet, for the time period 1st September 2021 to 4th April 2022.
