Dear Madam,

Thank you for your e-mail of 7 April 2021. We hereby acknowledge receipt

European Parliament, Council and Commission documents, your application
will be handled within 15 working days.

The time limit will expire on 29 April 2021. In case this time limit needs
to be extended, you will be informed in due course.

You have lodged your application via a private third-party website, which
has no link with any institution of the European Union.

Therefore, the European Commission cannot be held accountable for any
technical issues or problems linked to the use of this system.

Please note that the private third party running the AsktheEU.org website

We understand that the third party running the AsktheEU.org website

Dear access to documents team at DG FISMA,

thank you for your latest message.

First of all, can you please make sure you send all further messages to the correct email address, which is: [email address]

Allow me to say that I was surprised about your decision to declare request 2133 a new request with a completely new time limit, which you arbitrary set after you had proposed a completely different procedure in your proposal for a fair solution from 29 April.

In this proposal (to which I agreed because it reflected my research priorities) you had proposed to first deal with request 2133 and only then with request 2134. But now you handled the requests exactly the other way round, have already released the documents for request 2134 (which, by the way, should long have been in the Commission expert group register according to your own rules) and further delayed request 2133.

What's the point in agreeing on a fair solution when this is unilaterally and completely reversed later on?

I really hope that you will be able to stick to the new deadline and send the requested documents by 15 June - which would be 10 weeks after the initial request has been made.

Yours sincerely,

Pia Eberhardt

Dear Ms Eberhardt,

Please find attached a reply to your request for access to documents,
registered under the reference GestDem 2021/2133, along with attachments.

According to the standard procedure, a reply is usually also sent to you
by registered post. Please note, however, that due to the extraordinary
health and security measures currently in force during the COVID-19
pandemics, which include the requirement for all Commission non-critical
staff to telework, we are unfortunately not in a position to follow this
procedure until further notice.

We would therefore appreciate if you could confirm receipt of the present
e-mail by replying to [1][email address].

Yours sincerely,

Andreja Veluscek
